Abstract
The authors provided a method of uranostaphyloplasty, which allows to isolate the oral cavity from the nasal cavity and to form epithelial lining of palate of nasal and oral cavities. This method allows to restore palatine bone, respiratory function, speech production, chewing, bolus formation and deglutition.
