Prevention of vascular wall remodeling in individuals with prehypertension

Abstract
The treatment and diagnostic approaches to the prevention of vascular wall remodeling in individuals with high normal blood pressure are justified. Based on the determination of the value of the intima - media complex of the carotid arteries and other indicators of the state of the cardiovascular system, it has been established that already at the stage of prehypertension, one can select a group of individuals using the cluster analysis and linear discriminant equations that have a 92% chance of further remodeling of the vascular bed.
