Abstract
The experience of using extraperitoneal hernioplasty in a garrison hospital is presented. It has been shown that the use of this technique, in comparison with the open access according to Liechtenstein, significantly improves the quality of life of patients in the early and late postoperative periods reduces the average bed - day, promotes the rapid return of service members to serve, and also significantly reduces the likelihood of recurrent inguinal hernias.
