The article deals with clinical study of treatment results of 106 wounded. The study was carried out with the help of different methods of correction of blood flow in the place of shotgun fracture of long bones in terms of application period. Developed system of incipient complex correction post shotgun circulatory injuries improves the results of treatment by 87,3+1,8% (p<0,05), decreases the number of wounded with laps of blood flow in tissues by 34,1+1,1%, that is lower than 20% from normal level, and in 38,2+1,5% cases helps to avert the development of necrosis and wound abscess.

During the epidemiological survey of the military men of the Republic of Karelia with the pre-existing initial manifestations of cerebral circulation insufficiency were established it’s main etiological reasons (somatoform autonomic dysfunction - 35,2%, cervical osteochondrosis - 34,3%) and risk factors (hereditary tainted cardiovascular event, north climate, stress, social habits, peculiarities of military service). Clinical characteristic of labile cerebrastenic syndrome and its peculiarities in compliance with etiological reasons of disease in the presence of autonomic disorders of suprasegmentary character and absence of significant nidal marks in neurological status was given. Complex program for expert diagnosis of the pre-existing initial manifestations of cerebral circulation insufficiency and methods of its propaganda (school, questionary, jotting) were developed and introduced into the practice of neurologist.

The necessity of development of a new scientific branch - Radiological geography - is proved. The definition of the branch is given. Its subject aims and major tasks are considered.

Specification of new legal document of medical service of Armed Forces of Russian Federation is presented. It is the calculate norms of medical equipment for delivery of health care and treatment for the wounded. This document was developed for the purpose of development the rationing of medical equipment in the design of measures of the military medical arrangement instead of identical norm of the 1995 edition. The document is adapted to the modern economic conditions; its implementation guarantees the stiffening of medical service readiness for the accomplishment of mission.

Review of the related publication is presented. Definition of indications, choice of appropriate term, level of reamputation and volume necretomy, prediction of postoperative complications are important and relevant issues of field surgery, general surgery, traumatology and orthopedics. Active surgical treatment of wounds and injuries of limbs bring up important, but unsolved issues, primarily of definition of areas of damaged soft tissues and choice of surgical aggression boundary.

The article is concerned with the participation of commonstate organizations in the delivery of medical treatment for the wounded soldiers in Fast East during the Russian-Japanese War 1904-1905. On the morrow of the Russian-Japanese War this community was transformed into the commonstate organization of relief This organization expanded its help to the harmed from bad harvest areas and than to the migrants. During the early of the World War I 1914-1918 on the ground of commonstate organization was developed The Russian commonstate union.
