Capabilities of the application of the perspective technique during the medical supply of the outfits in highlands

Abstract

During the organization of the medical evacuation of the outfits in highlands it is necessary to consider that the workability of the stretchermen in highland goes down to 50% and more; equipment of the aid man must corresponds to the conditions of the highlands (immobilize vacuum mattress - IVMv-01, collapsible immobilize pinion stretchers - IPS-01); application of the wheel-type machines and helicopters is difficult and dangerously. Application of the modern techniques of informational support, unmanned drones and others modern techniques requires the output of new organization principles of the system of the medical evacuation in highlands.

About perfection of the complex system of the treatment of the wounded with the gunshot fractures of the limb’s long bones

Abstract

The article deals with clinical study of treatment results of 106 wounded. The study was carried out with the help of different methods of correction of blood flow in the place of shotgun fracture of long bones in terms of application period. Developed system of incipient complex correction post shotgun circulatory injuries improves the results of treatment by 87,3+1,8% (p<0,05), decreases the number of wounded with laps of blood flow in tissues by 34,1+1,1%, that is lower than 20% from normal level, and in 38,2+1,5% cases helps to avert the development of necrosis and wound abscess.

Peculiarities of the immune status of the soldiers, who had been taken ill with a extramural pneumonia during the battle action

Abstract

The article deals with violations of general resistance of the organism of military men, who get extramural pneumonia during the battle action. The author analyzed the data of immune status in three groups of soldiers. Statistical analysis of materials led to the conclusion that violations of immunity in the main group depend on the circumstances and nature of military service. This fact indicates that the significant clinical and pathogenetic differences in the development, course and outcome of an extramural pneumonia against the background of chronic adaptation syndrome. Pathogenic peculiarities of patients with pneumonia against the background of the impact of extreme factors of the military conflicts are presented in a prolonged dysfunction of all parts of the immune system.

Features of a cerebral hemodynamics at military men with initial exhibitings of cerebral circulation insufficiency of the pre-existing initial manifestations

Abstract

During the epidemiological survey of the military men of the Republic of Karelia with the pre-existing initial manifestations of cerebral circulation insufficiency were established it’s main etiological reasons (somatoform autonomic dysfunction - 35,2%, cervical osteochondrosis - 34,3%) and risk factors (hereditary tainted cardiovascular event, north climate, stress, social habits, peculiarities of military service). Clinical characteristic of labile cerebrastenic syndrome and its peculiarities in compliance with etiological reasons of disease in the presence of autonomic disorders of suprasegmentary character and absence of significant nidal marks in neurological status was given. Complex program for expert diagnosis of the pre-existing initial manifestations of cerebral circulation insufficiency and methods of its propaganda (school, questionary, jotting) were developed and introduced into the practice of neurologist.

Military hospital of Smolenks was founded in 1805 and nowadays it is the basic hospital in Moscow military district, more than 5 thousand patients get treatment annually. 45 thousands military men, retirees and members of their families are at medical provision. Since 1997 hospital passed licensing of medical activities four times. Number of licensing types increased from 25 to 72. During the reorganization of Armed Forces since 1 December 2009 hospital went on to 300 beds, also it was reformed to the structural subdivision of district hospital.
