The terminology of the battle mechanical damages has a direct connection with determination of frequency and structure of such damages and value of sanitary loss. The entitled figures are necessary for troop basis during the medical treatment. The present article is written because of appearance in large academic and research works of military-medical directionality inadequate and incorrect data of frequency of damages by the similar wounds. It is caused by the false methodological approach to the usage of this terminology and requires the valid correction of results of such works.

Medical antiradiation protection is one of the key factors determining fighting capacity of armies. The basis of medical protection in the countries of the NATO is made with the preparations used up to an irradiation (radioprotector WR-2721) and at the first time after radiating influence. The Russian system of antiradiation protection includes radioprotectors, drugs for prophylaxis and treatment of syndrome of primary reaction to an irradiation, means of early therapy of radiation injure, preparations for sorption and elimination of radionuclides, got in an organism.

The goal of research is the study of the peculiarities of clinico- psychopathologic varients of development of mental disorders and life quality in military personnel, wounded in local military conflicts in conditions of multidisciplinary military hospital. 317 patients aged 19-45 with mine-explosive wounds got in the Chechen Republic and Dagestan were examined. Analysis performed in early and secondary post stress period showed the predominance of border-line psychopathologic disoders and detected some peculiarities.

Increase of arterial pressure and the complications connected to it remain one of the main problems of modern medicine. Presence at the patient of an arterial hypertensia is connected to the highest risk of the accelerated development of a cardiovascular pathology. Therefore the big attention is given studying of processes remodelling a myocardium at hypertonic illness and ischemic illness of heart. However the question is not investigated, whether there are also what features of process remodelling at a combination of these two diseases for one patient. The purpose of research was studying features remodelling a myocardium at essential arterial hypertensia (with presence and without chronic ischemic illness of heart) and interrelations of changes of geometry of heart with an opportunity of development of cardiovascular complications.

The article is concerned with description of techniques of preservation and promotion of psychological health in cadets of the centre of operational use of antitank artillery in conditions of steady increase of intensity and tension of educational-and-professional activity. This technique provides the preservation of psychological health and personal adaptive potential in military personnel. It conduces to reduction of morbidity rate of psychological and personality disorders and to combat readiness of units packed with graduates of training centre.

The authors developed the projects of norms of supplying of ships of Northern Fleet by medical reinforcement groups. Norms are added by the medicals which are in the log-book of pharmaceuticals and necessary for the sudden problems. The third norm is added by the traumatologic set. Modern diagnostic equipment is also added to the norms. The authors came to conclusion that the forehanded planning of requirement of medical supply for medical reinforcement groups allows to create an adequate norms of supplying of medical reinforcement groups in the Northern Fleet.
