Structural mechanisms and mathematical modeling of the bone’s damage under the hypervelocity impact
Abstract
Method of computer modeling of behavior of cylindrical and lamellar bones under the hypervelocity impact is suggested. This method allows in the frame of mechanics of continuous medium to calculate the stress strain behavior and damage in bone tissues under the shock wave impact. The processes of shock correlation of steel fragments of different shape with diaphysis of cylindrical bones and flat bone of calvaria under the impact 500 m/s are studied. The given method can be used for the evaluation of damage area of bone tissue of shock wave osteoporosis under the gunshot wound.

Improvement of outpatient dental care in the military district
Abstract
The paper presents proposals for improving outpatient dental care in the military area. To improve all types of outpatient dental care it is encouraged to use mobile multi-purpose field dental system based on chassis KamAZ, versatile portable dental kit. The construction kit has a modular design that supports rapid deployment of the dental office. For its operation is designed dental kit, which includes modern dental materials, instruments and medicines. Equipping the army medical service data development will help to improve outpatient dental care in the Army.

Regulation of blood circulation in the surgical correction of portal hypertension
Abstract
56 patients with portal hypertension were examined who underwent decompressive shunt surgery. Cardiorhytmography and integral rheography body were performed in different stages. In the late postoperative period, there were positive changes in the autonomic regulation of functions: reduced tension index and sympathetic influence on heart rhythm, increases the value of other indicators of heart rate variability. Due to an increase in heart rate and peripheral vascular resistance normalizes blood pressure while reducing the values of cardiac output. There is a further normalization of the reactivity of blood circulation: arterial pressure and vascular resistance during the functional test remained at a constant level of magnitude of shock and cardiac index significantly increased and then decreased to the level of the original values, which corresponds to the reaction apparently healthy. Disorders of regulation, state and reactivity of blood flow in portal hypertension, manifested: 1. Reduction of heart rate variability with a significant increase in sympathetic activity of autonomic nervous system. 2. Reduction of cardiac output and vascular resistance, heart rate, changes in physiological determination of hemodynamic parameters: Blood pressure is determined only by the vessel resistance. 3. Reduction of blood pressure in response to breath holding test.

Mental disorders in young serviceman with cardiological emergencies
Abstract
Investigated 82 young servicemen with cardiological emergencies (acute cardiac syndrome, hypertension events, rhythm pace disturbance). Divided three periods of mental disorders: acute, subacute and long-term effects. Found that in 95,1% of patients after emergencies developed state of mental maladaptation of varying degree. In further 47,1% of cases of mental disorders place in the form of psychogenic and somatogenically caused disorders of prenosological level. Among clinically executed forms predominated depressive disorder spectrum (nozogennye reaction and state). In the remote period prevailed somatoform dysfunction and manifestations ofpersonality pathology. Shows the clinical and psychopathological features of these disorders and their effects on military service.

Non-invasive assessment of coronary blood flow in the Ministry of Defence pensioners with coronary heart disease and age androgen deficiency
Abstract
It was examined 51 pensioners of Ministry of Defence with coronary heart disease (average age 55 [52, 59] years). In 20patients it was verified age-related androgen deficiency, in 31 patients the level of testosterone was within normal limits. The evaluation of coronary circulation was made on single-photon emission tomography with determination of myocardial perfusion in a rest and after pharmacological loading, bicycle exercise test, holter-monitoring of ECG. It was found in 39% cases in patients with coronary heart disease the androgen deficiency in pensioners of Ministry of Defence, that is exceeded the level of common population. Ishaemic changes were found on exercise test in patients with androgen deficiency more often in comparison with patients with normal testosterone level. During myocardial perfusion scintigraphy with adenosine triphosphate there were no differences among group in area of induced coronary heart insufficiency. It was found the negative correlation between the level of testosterone and the duration of ischaemic ST-depression, and positive correlation between testosterone level and tolerance to physical activity.

Epidemiological characteristics of acute tonsillitis in conscripts Interior Ministry troops of Russia
Abstract
Studied the incidence of angina conscripts in the Russian Interior Ministry troops in the period from 2000 to 2009, given its epidemiological characteristics, calculated rates of changes for the troops in general and regional commands. The incidence of angina tended to moderate growth with an average rate of 4,5% per year. The greatest increase in the frequency of sore throats was registered in 2009 during the reform period of Interior troops, when their share in the overall incidence of conscripts reached 5,9%. The structure of the monthly incidence of maximum values were recorded twice a year - in January and July (the first few months of winter and summer periods of study).

Functional status of female organism in the process of routine military-professional activity
Abstract
The functional status of 143 female soldiers the Army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are studied in order to predict the success of the military profession (CPA) through the use of a set of psychological and socio-psychological methods. he calculations predicted the success of the CPA were performed using a multiple regression equation, compiled on the basis of correlation and regression analysis. It was established that female soldiers are classified as those with low adaptive capacity, it is difficult to adapt to new conditions. Their function remains within the lower rates, but maintain the required professional military efficiency. The recommendations on the organization of professional selection and psychophysiological support the CPA on the socio-psychological, psychological and physiological levels are given.
