Abstract
The history of creation, the main milestones and directions of development of the pediatric service. The indicators reflecting the dynamics of the volume of medical care by the assigned contingents, the morbidity structure are analyzed. The introduction of preventive programs for the detection, correction and control of iron deficiency states, vitamin D, complex vitamin prevention and prevention of seasonal viral infections with the use of safe immunomodulatory and antiviral agents led to a positive dynamics of health indicators.
