Formation and development of rehabilitation of cardiac patients in the branch № 1 of the Medical and Rehabilitation Clinical Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

The branch № 1 of the LRCC of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has created a material and personnel base for the medical rehabilitation of cardiac patients, and appropriate technologies and techniques are being developed and improved. Comprehensive medical rehabilitation programs, including cardiovascular exercises using cyclic simulators, individually selected physiotherapy treatments, modern methods of psychotherapeutic correction, significantly increase the patient’s tolerance to physical activity, form the motivation for lifestyle correction, lead to an improvement in its quality. This ensures that patients achieve a physical level sufficient to return to their work and service activities.
