A brief report on the scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the metrological service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is presented. The main attention was paid to the problematic issues of metrological support of military medical organizations and prospects for the development of the Central Laboratory of Measuring Equipment (medical) in the light of new accreditation requirements.
