Meditsinskoe obespechenie voennogo parada na Krasnoy ploshchadi

Abstract

Медицинская служба Западного военного округа организовала подготовку и медицинское обеспечение парадного расчета при проведении парада на Красной площади в честь 69-летия победы в Великой Отечественной войне. Медицинское обеспечение было организовано на всех этапах подготовки и проведения парада: первый этап - подготовительный, второй этап - проведение тренировок, третий этап - медицинское обеспечение проведения парада и четвертый - этап вывода войск в пункты постоянной дислокации. Четко спланированные мероприятия, подготовка личного состава позволили качественно организовать медицинское обеспечение, не допустить массовых заболеваний личного состава парадного расчета.

Znachenie khirurgicheskogo opyta Velikoy Otechestvennoy voyny dlya sovremennoy voenno-polevoy khirurgii

Abstract

Хирургический опыт Великой Отечественной войны (1941-1945) лежит в основе современной российской военно-полевой хирургии, является ее фундаментом, позволяющим предусмотреть любые варианты организации оказания хирургической помощи раненым. В статье описаны основные достижения военных хирургов нашей страны в Великую Отечественную войну, благодаря которым советская (российская) военно-полевая хирургия заняла лидирующее место в мировой военной медицине. Рассмотрена роль единой военно-полевой медицинской доктрины, трех изданий «Указаний по военно-полевой хирургии», квалифицированной хирургической помощи как средства приближения хирургии к раненым, внедрения специализированной медицинской помощи, развития технологий медицинской сортировки раненых, а также истоки тактики многоэтапного хирургического лечения боевой травмы и особенности лечения легкораненых на войне. Проанализированы проблемы создания регистров боевой травмы и подготовки военных хирургов.

The historical experience of therapeutic service in the Army and Navy during the Great Patriotic War.

Abstract

The author presents the experience of therapeutic services of the army and navy during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) and its importance for the present. This experience became a general methodological framework for the development of principles for the organization of work of military physicians in a modern warfare and the application of new weapons. The history of development, aims and objectives of the new section of Military Medicine - the Military Field Therapy as a unified system of organization and delivery of health care to servicemen based on the principles of a unified military field medical doctrine. A problem of organization of new health facilities (hospitals, hospital databases), their acquisition of trained personnel, especially the structure of internal medicine in the war years, the treatment and the early rehabilitation of wounded and sick, between the military and civilian medical institutions is highlighted. There is an information that 90,6%, or more than 6,5 million soldiers and officers who were treated in hospitals with various diseases, were returned to duty. The experience of the medical service in World War II and the actual demand and is now planning for a package of measures aimed at further improvement of the health status of military personnel.

A «difficult» pneumonia: problems of differential diagnosis.

Abstract

There is a significant number of diseases that occur in the guise of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP), so the progressive course, slowly allowed or unresolved CAP search for an alternative disease becomes crucial. In more than 20% of patients with the syndrome of «protracted» pneumonia alternative diagnosis are established. List of the main pathological processes occurring under the guise of pneumonia include: infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, acute interstitial pneumonia, acute eosinophilic pneumonia, thromboembolism, pulmonary artery branches, systemic vasculitis, and a number of other lung diseases. This publication attempts to organize a brief series of problems that practicing physicians often face in the management of patients with «difficult» pneumonia.

The modern state and improvement prospects of community-acquired pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis differential diagnostics

Abstract

The current article is dedicated to the modern state and improvement prospects of community-acquired pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis differential diagnostics. According to the official domestic statistics pulmonary tuberculosis continues to be a serious problem for the Russian Federation. One of the tuberculosis prevention most important factors is its early diagnostics. Unrecognized pulmonary tuberculosis is the leading factor of the inhospital tuberculosis dissemination. On the basis of the current international and domestic guidelines it is shown that in order to improve the community-acquired pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis differential diagnostics it is necessary to introduce mandatory sputum specimens light-emitting diode microscopy and Xpert-testing of all patients admitted with pulmonary tuberculosis suspecion with airspace opacity/consolidation on chest x-ray as well as their isolation until tuberculosis exclusion.

Disease control in the Red Army during the final stages of the Great Patriotic War

Abstract

Forms and methods of disease control in troops were fully developed during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 years. An improvement of anti-epidemic organization in the Red Army was based on military medical doctrine, which demanded united views on methods of disease prevention and in accordance with the main tasks of medical support of the army, including prevention of epidemic outbreaks in the army. Disease control system in the Red Army during the war was a series of targeted, science-based and proved by military practice measures aimed at both the prevention and the immediate elimination of epidemic diseases when they occur. The questions of disease control forces in the final stage of the Great Patriotic War (January 1944 - May 1945). Depending on the progress of the war and the conditions of the fighting, given the period laid down in the principles of disease control of military operations, discussed aspects of the organization of sanitary-epidemiological (preventive) measures in the armed forces.

Статья посвящена деятельности медицинской службы Военно-морского флота в годы Великой Отечественной войны. В ходе войны Военно-морской флот выступал как неотъемлемая часть Вооруженных Сил страны, сыграл большую роль в оборонительных и наступательных операциях. С первых же дней войны медицинская служба флота столкнулась с неимоверными трудностями, потребовавшими от медицинского персонала напряженного труда. В период войны были успешно решены многие проблемы медицинского обеспечения боевых действий сил флота. Сложные проблемы приходилось решать при организации и проведении медицинской эвакуации морем. В ходе войны важное место уделялось поиску оптимальной системы лечебно-эвакуационного обеспечения сил флота.

A clinical case concerning the combination of viral and bacterial pneumonia with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis in a soldier.

Abstract

In soldier of military service, acute respiratory disease was complicated by bilateral viral and bacterial pneumonia heavy flow, while at the fluorogram month ago pathological changes were found. Against the background of the therapy achieved significant positive clinical and radiographic dynamics, but the full resolution of infiltrative changes in the upper lobe of the left lung was achieved. After video-assisted thoracic resection of the left upper lobe by histological examination of the affected area revealed morphological signs of tuberculosis, to continue the treatment, the patient was transferred to a specialized hospital. Implementation of TB requires vigilance to achieve maximum resolution plots infiltration of lung tissue with pneumonia.
