Abstract
The paper presents the results ofa large-scale open-label trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Persen® forte in arresting the conditions associated with acute and chronic psychosocial stress in 50 650 health care facility outpatients followed-up by 6300 physicians (neurologists and therapists). After two-week Persen® forte therapy, a considerable improvement was reported by 87 and 63% ofpatients with symptoms ofchronic andacute stress, respectively. Persen® forte was excellently and well tolerated by 87 and 89% of male and female respondents, respectively.
