详细

High mortality rates from acute pancreatitis (AP) remain one of the relevant problems of current urgent surgery. A fetal outcome in the first disease period arises from the development of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiorgan dysfunction due to the release of the inflammatory mediators cytokines in peripheral circulation. The possibilities of pharmacological correction of complications in the first period of AP have been studied.
