Аннотация

Цель исследования. Провести систематический анализ литературных данных относительно влияния окислительного стресса на фертильность у обоих полов. Материал и методы. С целью проведения анализа был осуществлен поиск зарубежных и отечественных публикаций в международной системе цитирования Pubmed, опубликованных за последние 15лет. Результаты. Описаны современные теории механизма развития окислительного стресса, обсуждены факторы, оказывающие ключевое влияние на его генез. Подчеркнута важность регулирования окислительно-восстановительных биохимических процессов организма в подготовительный период перед беременностью. Заключение. Проанализированы результаты клинических исследований, показавшие эффективность предотвращения окислительного стресса с помощью восполнения антиоксидантных факторов.
