Multioperation aggregates on the base of mobile power machines of 5th generation
Abstract
Multioperation harvesting-sowing and harvesting-cultivating single-pass machine-tractor aggregates on the base of mobile power machines of 5th generation are synthesized. They are the crawler machines of 8 category, 412 horsepower. Calculated economic efficiency of new machines system in comparison to modernized existing ones is obtained.

Improvement of processing characteristics of a two-disk plougshare
Abstract
Construction of an attachment for the СЗ-5.4 seeders line is developed. This device ensures the uniform depth of seeding and soil covering of furrows. The operation quality of standard and experimental ploughshares was studied.

Analysis of influence of machine-tractor unit completing quality on its movement dynamics
Abstract
The influence of changing load on machine-tractor unit movement is examined. The unit is considered as a dynamic system consisting of invariable components which are perfectly rigid bodies and connections between them are considered to be absolutely rigid or elastic viscous.

Efficiency of power part transfer to rotary working organs
Abstract
Power inputs reasonability of power part transfer in a mobile tractive agricultural aggregate directly to rotary working organs, for example to disk digging tools of abeet harvesting machine, was investigated. The indicator under study was evaluated by efficiency coefficient of energy transformation.

Tractive resistance of a disk plough-harrow
Abstract
A theoretical method of tractive force calculation for disk hoeing ploughs in function of cultivated soil layer sectional area, which depends on the angle of attack, depth of tillage, distance between disks along the shaft and number of disks, is considered.

A mathematical model of threaded connections of agricultural machines taking into account the compliance of connected parts
Abstract
To increase the uniformity of cross load distribution in fixing details of group threaded connections of working organs’ parts of agricultural machinery a mathematical model was developed taking into account the compliance of connected parts.

Assessment criteria of engineering level of free-wheel clutch mechanisms
Abstract
Coefficients for the assessment of technical and economic properties of free-wheel clutch mechanisms for drives of agricultural machinery were suggested. Comparative evaluation of engineering level of non-frictional type eccentric mechanisms and mechanisms with sprags was carried out.

A test bench for the examination of lubrication conditions of crankshaft bearings of internal-combustion engines
Abstract
Structural components of a test bench for the examination of operation conditions of crankshaft bearings of an internal-combustion engine are considered. Findings of the investigation can be used for the calculation and improvement of engines lubrication system and development of their technical state diagnostics system.

Ensuring the technological process stability of a helical mixer-spreader for mineral fertilizers
Abstract
Results of analysis of technological process of mineral fertilizers mixes entering by a spiral-screw mixer-spreader are given. It was shown that deviation of separate systems of mixer-spreader from optimal performance ratio affects on fertilizer distributor operation and disturbs the quality indexes of its performance. Further research guidelines are projected.

Influence of residual stresses on the precision of crawler tracks’ hollow fingers under high-temperature thermomechanical treatment with deformation by screw cogging
Abstract
Residual stresses formed under screw cogging deformation in the high-temperature thermomechanical treatment mode were considered. They facilitate the increase of hot-rolled metal pipe precision up to precision level of cold-calibrated rolled metal by outside diameter.

Basic provisions of the «Machines passability» monograph
Abstract
Engineering solutions of the problem of soil protection from tractor wheels and crawlers impact, based on the profound analysis of rice field soil behavior, are suggested. Ploughing, leveling and smoothing of rice fields by water layer were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the cleaning of rice irrigating systems’ channels from soil and plant residues.
