Аннотация
Целью данного обзора являлось выяснение связи между хронической скелетно-мышечной болью и сердечно-сосудистыми и метаболическими факторами риска с особым акцентом на метаболическом синдроме и ожирении. Имеющиеся данные указывают на то, что возможны общие патофизиологические особенности, объясняющие взаимосвязь скелетно-мышечных болей и сердечно-сосудистых и метаболических факторов риска. Тем не менее причинно-следственные связи не до конца ясны, и часть выводов остается спорной, поскольку ситуация может осложняться и такими факторами, как, например, депрессия.
