Abstract
Most of the epileptics who were under the supervision of the author were taken into the service already sick with epilepsy - very few only for the first time in the war showed their disease, but even in this case it was possible to ascertain the presence of epileptic diathesis.

Большинство эпилептиковъ, бывшихъ подъ наблюденіемъ автора, было принято на службу уже больными эпилепсіей,— весьма немногіе лишь впервые на войнѣ проявили свое заболѣваніе, но и въ этомъ случаѣ можно было констатировать наличность эпилептическаго діатеза. Тягостныя условія походной жизни и войны вліяли качественно на форму припадковъ: ночные приступы уступали мѣсто дневнымъ, часто встрѣчались психическіе эквиваленты эпилепсіи.
