Abstract

Based on the relevant literature and personal experience, the author comes to the following conclusions about the features of the course of Basedow's disease in childhood: the disease proceeds faster than in adults; pulse arrhythmia is extremely rare; goiter - insignificant; exophthalmus—weak; the symptoms of Graefe, Möbius and Stellwag are rare; children are growing rapidly.

На основаніи соотвѣтствующей литературы и собственнаго опыта, авторъ приходитъ къ такимъ заключеніямъ объ особенностяхъ теченія Basedow’oй болѣзни въ дѣтскомъ возрастѣ: болѣзнь протекаетъ быстрѣе, чѣмъ у взрослыхъ; аритмія пульса наблюдается крайне рѣдко; зобъ—незначителенъ; exophthalmus—слабъ; симптомы Graefe, Möbius’a и Stellwag’a наблюдаются рѣдко; ростъ дѣтей быстро идетъ впередъ.
