Abstract

In article the problem of public danger of mentally sick is analyzed. There was made the conclusion about specific differences of socially dangerous actions of mentally sick patients and criminal behavior of mentally healthy people. It is noticed that at adequately organized system of out-patient compulsory supervision and treatment of mentally sick patients, making dangerous actions and recognized deranged, their social danger decreases in comparison with recidivism of social danger of healthy patients. The same tendency is observed while comparing choices of a way of compulsory supervision and treatment. In this connection it is essential to change a paradigm of compulsory treatment.

SYSTEMIC FAMILY APPROACH TO PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDERS STUDY IN CHILDREN WITH GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT DISEASES AND BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

Abstract

There have been studied psychological peculiarities of children's families with psychosomatic disorders in children, having gastrointestinal tract diseases and bronchial asthma. It was established that an abdominal pain syndrome or an asthma attack during an exacerbation of the disease carries out the morphostatic function in a family system. It is observed that the increase of severity of disease decreases the patients' adaptive capacity and the adaptive capacity of systemic family level. The author developed and approved the model of «diamond-shaped» vector family therapy that promotes adaptive functioning of the family system at the time of exacerbation of the disease and allows using sanogenic effect of the family for the child's recovery.

ROLE OF SOCIAL INTELLECT IN ALCOHOL ADDICTION FORMATION IN MALE POPULATION

Abstract

We conducted neuropsychological research on 411 men who were examined and took treatment at the Republican research and practice center of mental health, 271 of them had alcohol dependence. There was defined the regression model of alcohol dependence risk for early alcohol addiction. Prognostically significant factors of high risk of alcohol dependence development in adolescents and young people are cognitive dysfunction, low level of social intelligence, alcoholic inheritance, and low education level.

GENDER IDENTITY AND PERCEPTION OF THE PARENTS IN ADOLESCENT BOYS WITH ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

Abstract

The article considers the psychological factors of antisocial behaviour in adolescent boys, such as their gender identity and perception of the parents. The research shows links between certain characteristics of the images of the parents and inclination towards antisocial behaviour and some aspects of gender identity. It has been proved that adolescent boys with antisocial behaviour tend to perceive their parents as less caring or controlling, while analysis of their gender identity reveals hypermasculinity of the ideal self.

Abstract

In article results of sociological research of 338 experts rendering the narcological help are given. Bioethical preferences of the Russian and foreign experts from 18 countries of the world were compared. There was made the conclusion about reliability of differences in bioethical priorities of domestic and foreign experts. It is because of the fact that the cardinal dissimilarity of models of rendering of the narcological help in the Russian Federation and in the majority of the countries of the world is caused by the revealed alternative bioethical preferences of experts in narcology.

CEREBRAL FACTORS IN FORMING CHRONIC WHIPLASH ASSOCIATED SYNDROME

Abstract

There was studied the role of cerebral lesions, caused due to light whiplash cervical trauma in pathogenesis of clinical manifestations of chronic whiplash associated syndrome. There had been performed two-stage clinical and instrumental investigation of 147 patients with whiplash cervical trauma of stages I or II (according to Quebec classification), either with combined with closed craniocerebral injury or without it. It was shown that combined craniocerebral trauma leads to chronization of symptoms: with isolated whiplash cervical trauma chronic whiplash syndrome developed in 24% of patients, with combined trauma of head and neck - in 61% of patients.

Abstract

We studied the state of vegetative regulation according to the spectral analysis of heart rate variability in hypertensive patients with different rates of sodium-lithium countertransport in erythrocyte membranes. We found the association of the change in systolic blood pressure during antihypertensive therapy with the character of autonomic response. We revealed correlation of sympatho-vagal ratio with genetically determined rate of Na-Li - countertransport in erythrocyte membranes in hypertensive patients.

Abstract

Retrospective analysis of medical services for helping acute cerebral circulation impairment (ACCI) patients, who had been treated at home during the acute period of the disease, was performed. Dynamics of the first aid service calls in Kazan for 2002- 2009 years, structure of non-hospitalized group, clinical characteristics of patients and reasons for leaving patients with ACCI at home were investigated. There was analyzed effectiveness of introducing «Protocol for treating acute cerebral circulation impairment patients in «hospital-at-home» by comparison between two groups of patients, who survived during a year after the disease with the use of Bartel, NIHSS, MMSE, GES-D scales.

Abstract

The history of family psychotherapy origin was shown. «Family diagnosis» and «family psychotherapy» terms were defined. The family psychotherapy's expectable results while neuro-psychiatric and psychosomatic disorders treatment and actual situation comparison were presented. The actual situation appears to be the following: family psychotherapy is economically inexpedient in comparison with group psychotherapy. It is concluded that many of child and adolescent personal problems can be solved while attending group psychotherapy with parents and the other family members' psychological accompaniment.

There were studied structure and peculiarities of psychoactive substances, taken by military age persons: among 87 men of call-up age, hospitalized in Izhevsk with the purpose of determining their fitness for military service and 94 men, undergoing military commission in regional military enlistment offices. The most popular psychoactive substances used by draftee contingent was alcohol. There were revealed basic risk factors of alcohol overuse in draft-age men.
