MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF RESIDUAL STRESSES IN PLASMA COATINGS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE PROCESS OF INCREASING LAYERS

Abstract

Developed a mathematical model for determining residual stresses with increasing plasma coatings, taking into account the stresses arising upon cooling of the material from the final temperature to ambient temperature; tension that arises when removing the fastening devices and tension that existed in the substrate before spraying. The developed mathematical models are adapted for the most common cases of fixing the base used in the practice of coating. Experimental studies of residual stresses were carried out, which showed good convergence with the values of residual stresses obtained theoretically.

RESEARCH OF USING UNCLAIMED NATURAL DIAMOND POWDERS ON THE PROSPECTS

Abstract

The processing of industrial diamonds is reduced to the extraction of conditioned powders of various grain sizes from them. At present the depth of such processing is limited to the fine-grained micron and submicron powders; as a result, which fall into the waste category. In reality, these are complete and usable diamond powders. However, due to the above mentioned reasons, they may be unclaimed for an indefinite period of time at the moment, and moreover with a tendency to accumulate. The article deals with the problem of using unclaimed natural diamond powders and explores the prospects for their use.

Abstract

The results of research to establish the most appropriate 3D model of grinding powder’s grains of natural diamond are adjusted. Criterion of adequacy is adopted a maximum precision match experimental and calculated values of control characteristics in various 3D models of grain. The quantitative analysis revealed that the closest analogue of the geometric form of spatially-grain grinding powders natural diamond is extrapolation-affine 3D model.

Automation of processes of synthesis, the analysis and assessment of options of technological processes of assembly of the aircraft (A) upon transition to a nonplaz way of their production on the basis of electronic models of products allows to increase considerably number the automated systems of projects of technologies of assembly processes developed in. RESEARCH AND SYNTHESIS OF OPTIMAL STRUCTURES OF TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS FOR PRODUCTION OF AIRCRAFT

Abstract

The structures of technological systems (TS) of production at different levels of the hierarchy have been investigated for the purpose of their system analysis for the possibility, in the conditions of automation of technological processes, to design optimal production projects according to the target criteria and to calculate the efficiency assessment. A technique for describing and constructing structures of generators in their subspace is proposed, which allows one to substantiate the procedures for forming functional subsets, which, through connections, form a combinatorial structure in the topology of a complex TS. The proposed technique for the mutual mapping of one set to the second makes it possible to form the required characteristics and properties of the communication nodes of the structure according to its connectivity, purpose and optimization conditions in real working conditions according to the set rules for the entry of any generating system into the communication network of the general system of aircraft production.

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF DESIGNING LOW-FLOW STAGES OF CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS DUE TO VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF CALCULATED CFD MODELS

Abstract

The quality of the produced centrifugal compressors largely depends on the design quality of the flow path. In order to carry out high-quality design of low-flow stages of centrifugal compressors, in this work, a numerical model of a low-flow stage is verified and validated, which are based on modern methods of computational fluid dynamics - CFD (computational fluid dynamics) as part of CALS technologies. In the numerical model of the stage, clearances and labyrinth seals were modeled. The issues of using intergrid interfaces, application of turbulence and roughness models are considered. The obtained settings of the numerical model were used to validate seven model stages for the range of the optimal conditional flow rate Φopt = 0.008-0.018 at Mu = 0.785-0.804. The simulation results were compared with experimental data.

PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTING ALGORITHMIC SUPPORT FOR AN INTELLECTUALIZED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SPACE FLIGHT CONTROL

Abstract

The article examines the issue of forming the principles of constructing algorithmic support for an intellectualized control system during space flight control. The features of the application of “classical” stochastic models for spacecraft (SC) are briefly analyzed. It is proposed to compensate for these shortcomings by introducing an intellectualized control system. On the basis of modern approaches, it is proposed to use digital intelligent models of spacecraft functioning on the basis of technological knowledge, which is telemetric information. An approach based on the development and integration of methods combining intelligent identification of individual components of a spacecraft using various analysis algorithms for imitating the functioning of the spacecraft as a whole is presented. The basic requirements for intelligent control systems and the tasks to be solved are formulated, taking into account the peculiarities of the space flight control process. The principle of the control technique using a digital twin created on the basis of real data of the spacecraft functioning is enlarged.

OVERCOMING THE DISADVANTAGES OF THE SOFTWARE AND METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS OF MODEL-BASED SYSTEMS ENGINEERING USED IN THE DESIGN OF SYSTEMS

Abstract

The paper advocates the need to move from separate stages of the product life cycle (LC; R&D, production, operation) to a single project implemented in a new paradigm of system design based on software and methodological tools of model-based systems engineering (MBSE). Currently available in Russia foreign software (SW) and methodological MBSE tools for the design and development (D&D) of systems (including space instruments) are expensive and complex. This paper formulates and considers the question: «Is it possible to reduce the cost and simplify the use of software and methodological MBSE tools by means that are available to a wide audience of users?». To answer this question, the authors analyzed SysML, QFD method, HoQ method, and the SW for their application. As the result of literature review, it is shown that in the leading countries, the relevance of implementing these tools in the design and development of hardware and software systems is increasing. For the use of SysML, QFD, HoQ by a wide audience of potential users from Russian Federation were defined software tools. 13 disadvantages that prevent the application of SysML, QFD and HoQ, as well as SW for their use were identified. In order to overcome the identified disadvantages, was developed SW and methodological MBSE tool based on modernization, specification and synthesis of SysML, QFD, HoQ and SW for their application. The developed MBSE SW and methodological tool allows for a wide audience of users to D&D systems in accordance with MBSE approach (QFD, HoQ, SysML), to identify critical requirements of different development elements, to develop automatically (in a few hours instead of several days) and update SysML models of requirements, to reduce labor costs for the implementation of the D&D LC stages of future analog products by 5-10%. As a result of validation of SysML models, it is proved that their repeated use reduces the planning time of the LC stages of analog products by up to 60%, increases the compliance of the reporting documentation of the LC stages with the requirements of regulatory and technical documents by 10%.

OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF PYROTECHNIC CARTRIDGES FOR AVIATION METHOD OF LANDING OF WOODS AND OTHER TYPES OF PLANT

Abstract

Efficiency of working out by means of an aviation method of landing of woods and other kinds of plants with application of pyrotechnic cartridges of an ecological material for reset the seeds for its deepening in a soil is shown.It is effected without the sowing transport machines and gears. There is project of landing of woods and other kinds of plants with a pollution-free expedient, without pollution of soil by materials of standard pyrotechnic cartridge. In the article there was collected an information about a capability of operational use of pyrotechnic cartridges made of an ecological material for reset the seeds. Constructive applications of pyrotechnic cartridges for reset of mass of the seeds material by means an aviation technics are investigated. In The article there is exposition of a construction of the pyrotechnic cartridge for distant reset of a seed material in the form of special sheaths and sowing of the extensive areas by seeds of woods and other kinds of plants with high speed and efficiency. there is origin of the forces working on a disrupture of a material of the pyrotechnic cartridge under the influence of pyrotechnic gases. In the article there is the analysis of strength parametres of an ecological material of the pyrotechnic cartridge under the influence of a pressure of burster charge. Calculated parametres of widths of pyrotechnic cartridges for reset of seed loads of different masses are yielded. Components of a pollution-free composition for manufacture of the pyrotechnic cartridge made of the natural materials with the gluing water-soluble materials are offered. In the article there are investigations at a static loading of strength capabilities of a body of the pyrotechnic cartridge which have been made out from an ecological material for different masses of the seeds.
