Structural-parametric synthesis of control system by the use of oil air-cooling unit

Abstract

The two-circuit system of stabilization of temperature for oil air-cooling unit is synthesized. The block diagram of stabilization temperature is developed. Parametrical synthesis of the regulators is made, allowing to adjust a control system of the device of oil air cooling on desirable character of transient process. Quality regulation areas of the developed system are constructed. The technique of parameters choice of regulators is developed.

Fir digital filters synthesis for solving signal reconstruction using two criteria

Abstract

The design method of the inverse nonlinear time-dependent digital filters for the solution of inverse problems of the recovery signals is given. Recovery method shown possible, in case of application to the original signal of the filter with known finite impulse response. Finding the impulse response of the inverse filter is based on the approximation approach. As a criterion for the adequacy of the solutions two criteria are considered: the criterion of complete coincidence of the original with the reconstructed signal and the criterion of the minimum weighted square error. Algorithm tests by restoring the signals in a variety of analytic functions are implemented .

Medical expert system architecture of differential diagnosis

Abstract

The structural scheme of the medical systems of differential diagnosis is considered. The expert system architecture was made by three-layer architectural templates. Web-based technologies in developing of application server allows to distinguish between the logic levels, data access layer and the presentation layer. System kernel with the use of object-oriented architecture is developed. An outline interface with the database to solve the inconsistency of data presentation in the system is offered. The mode of obtaining medical knowledge and health consultation mode during the expert system work are shown. The developed expert system allows to provide medical diagnostics in real time in the conditions of uncertainty of information.

Structure variety of two-level investment management systems with the use of dynamic portfolios models

Abstract

Different approaches to the construction of investment portfolios management systems, providing both single formation of an investment portfolio and dynamical changes in its structure, are considered. A comparative analysis of the classical static investment portfolio, dynamic portfolios managed by different algorithms and dynamic portfolios being linear combinations of other portfolios (static or dynamic) are carried out. The generalized two-level structure of a portfolio management system is offered. The lower-level subsystem simulates profitabilities time series of real investment instrument portfolios. The top-level subsystem forms a portfolio, using lower-level formed portfolios as investment instruments.

The reduction of measurement time of periodic signals characteristics based on the formation of additional voltage signals

Abstract

A new measurement method of the integral characteristics on the instant values of harmonic signal, providing reduction of measurement time, is considered. In contrast to known methods based on two additional voltage signals formation , identifying the transition moments through zero and comparing their instant values, the development of the method eliminates modulo errors of phase-shifting units. A block diagram of the information-measuring system is offered as a result of the method. The results of the analysis of system error caused by the quantization of the instantaneous values of signals are given. The obtained results allow to choose the appropriate hardware, depending on the imposed requirements of the accuracy and measurement time.

Non-linearity characteristics correction in sensors with approximation using

Abstract

The problem of nonlinearity characteristics correction of modern microsensors, with use of approximation discrete characteristics is considered ​. Linearity correction is performed with the use of either direct or inverse characteristics of the sensors. As approximating function of the sensor characteristic a cubic spline - function is used. Approximating function is done by the microprocessor analog converter. The schemes of correcting converter with a functional transducer in a straight chain as well as in a negative feedback of the buffer amplifier are considered. The proposed device can reduce the nonlinearity error sensor characteristics in a few dozen times.

Increase the frequency accuracy measurement on separate instant values of harmonic signals

Abstract

The results of the analysis of methods for measuring the frequency on instant values of harmonic signals that reduce the measurement time. A new method of measuring the frequency of harmonic signals, based on the formation of two additional voltage signals and identifying the moments of transitions through zero is considered. The block diagram of measurement tool that implement the method is provided. Implementation of the method provides an exception of the error caused not ideal phase-shifting units engaged in shaping of additional signals. The results of the analysis of the method error due to the deviation of the actual signal from the harmonic model. The obtained results allow to select the appropriate hardware and parameters of the measurement process, depending on the requirements of accuracy and measurement time and the specified frequency range.

Abstract

Methodological approaches for measuring and monitoring basic metrological characteristics of chronometer technical means are discussed in this paper. Difference between different approaches in measurement and control of the basic metrological characteristics of timekeeping hardware - instantaneous diurnal variation is shown. Algorithms suitable for performing a metrological evaluation of instantaneous diurnal variation measuring and determining the absolute accuracy of the diurnal variation of the instantaneous control are proposed. The obtained results allow to make a correct methodological approach for analyzing the measurement and control processes in the field of chronometry, as well as in practice of measurement and control of physical quantities.

The use ofgranulationtechnology of self-propogating high-temperature synthesis for the preparation of porous titanium carbide

Abstract

The results of studies of porous titanium carbide produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis ( SHS ) using granular initial charge are presented. It is shown the influence of the granulation dispersion and titanium in the starting material for pattern formation, chemical composition, porosity, strength characteristics of the resulting porous material. The results of studies are obtained with the scanning electron microscope Jeol JSM-6390A, diffractometer ARL X'TRA and universal testing machine INSTRON 5988. Tensile strength of the sample synthesized from compacted granulated mixture of Ti+0,4C composition using titanium grade TPP-7, was 29 MPa for compaction pressure of 55 MPa, the average size of pores was 200 microns with the total porosity more than 50 %.

Weld formation at electron beam welding of heat-resisting alloy 20Cr67Ni5W4Mo3Ti1Al of 6 mm thickness

Abstract

Optimal parameters of electron beam welding (EBW) of heat resistant alloy 20Cr67Ni5W4Mo3Ti1Al of 6 mm thickness, with a technological lining of 5 mm thickness without preheating were found. The influence of EBW regimes on defect formation was investigated. Propensity of 20Cr67Ni5W4Mo3Ti1Al alloy to the formation of defects was studied at welding speed of 3 and 5 mm/s. To evaluate the welding quality each of the samples was subjected to X-ray inspection, cutting, metallographic study with the definition of the geometric parameters of welds, microhardness and the defects presence. The obtained values of the welding parameters of butt connections provide the required quality and size of the weld.

Development of thermal model spindle assembly machine tool

Abstract

The aspects of appearance and effect of thermal deformations of machine tools are considered in this paper. On the design of the spindle unit the factors affecting the formation of the thermal patter are examined. Heat sources of spindle assemblies are defined. The process of heat flow through the joint parts is described. The technique of forming a thermal model of the machine tool spindle assembly with the heat flow through the connection with the thermal resistance is developed. On the basis of numerical simulations the effect of quality of treatment, wetted parts, the convection of conjugate parts of the material in the depressions and micro- macroroughnesses on the thermal conductivity of the contact are estimated . The influence estimation of these factors with the account of the effect of time parameter, the value of real contact area and its location within the area of conjugation is made.

Investigation of the cam mechanism motion law with structural elements deformations

Abstract

Improvements of cam-gear motion law are examined in the paper. The goal of the study is to adjust the cam-gear motion law on the basis of existing motion law analysis to balance the action of different factors. Today the synthesis of cam-gear motion law is produced without the account of the deformation energy of structural elements. The algorithm for correction the motion law taking into the account the deformation energy of the cam-gear and contacting elements is suggested in the paper using a slay mechanism of a weaving machine as an example. Structural modifications increasing the rigidity of load-carrying system and slay mechanism elements are carried on to diminish the forces required to deform the construction elements. As a result of the research, a new motion law of the mechanism is proposed. It allows to decrease power loss twice during the work of the mechanism compared to the existing law and to decrease contact tensions in a fist-roller pair.

Positional electric drive system with programmatic correction

Abstract

The principles of design, structure and synthesis of positional parameters of the electric drive system with software correction, providing high performance by working out at given movement are considered. Structure positioning system is made on the basis of valve engine and microprocessor module providing work of software correction in real time by switching feedbacks in the function of changing the output coordinate. A comparative analysis of systems with software correction with systems containing linear and optimal regulators is given. To obtain maximum performance parameters of the linear regulator optimized by polynomial Butterworth, and the parameters of the optimal regulator are determined on the basis of the maximum principle when working out of a given movement is made in two intervals at the highest possible torque on a valve engine shaft.

Updating of the electric power transmission tariff calculation method due to use of the multiplying coefficients to reactive power consumption

Abstract

The aspects improving the design procedure of electric power transmission charge are considered. They allow to eliminate legal barriers concerning extra charge or increasing factors to charge for volt-amperes reactive transmission of excessive limit values. The new methode assumes that the charge calculated by means of the existing approach excludes the cost of losses related to volt-amperes reactive transmission of excessive limit values. In practice this method makes possible to influence the consumers positively and regulate the volt-amperes reactive conditions. The improved design procedure of electric power charge regulates inconsistent relations between consumers and net organization concerning increasing factors to charge for exceed limit values of volt-amperes reactive and active power. It is done in accordance with “The recommended guidelines to the design procedure of increasing (decreasing) factors to transmission charges depending on consumption correlation of volt-amperes reactive and active power for power receivers (groups of power receivers) applied to determine the obligations of parties for service agreement on electric power transmission by means of the joint domestic (the Russian Federation) electric network (energy supply agreements)”.

Temperature fields modeling of the radial electromagnetic bearing

Viscous fluid mixing with a free surface in a tank with a Rushton turbine

The inverse problem solution of heat conduction for the initial conditions identification of the boundary value problem

Abstract

Analytical solution of the direct problem of nonstationary heat conduction, as well as the values of the unknown function obtained by the numerical method is used. Identification of the initial conditions of the boundary value problem is made. The approximation obtained from the numerical solution temperature at one point in the spatial variable was performed by the cubic parabola in a certain irregular time range. After substitution of approximation function in the analytical solution and integrating the obtained expression in the time range of approximation relative to the value of the initial conditions the transcendental equation was obtained. The result is the iteration method. The identification accuracy is 0,018%.

Method of high-viscosity oil field development with periodic lay heating

High-viscosity oil field development with dual-well system gives an opportunity for increasing oil extraction with periodic lay heating. The effect is reached by putting of solid-fuel source on the bottom of vertical hole and fluid recovery from addictive rat hole drilled beyond lay desctructive zone. Technical decisions of using small-sized downhole pumping equipment allow to optimize heating and extraction processes. Vertical bottom hole deviation with reservoir heating radius is determined.

Radiant surface heating regularity has the high profile at gas incineration in furnaces. This problem is solving by burners which must guarantee high regularity of air-gas outlet stream. AGG-type gas burners are much used in furnaces for oil refining. On the basis of aerodynamic research optimal constructive dimensions are determined. Process evaporation modeling of the hydrocarbonaceous wastes

Abstract

Mathematical description of the open evaporation process of substances from accumulators of oil slime is given. The analytical solution researches of the allow to identify four basic parts of the evaporation process of hydrocarbons from exposed surfaces depending on the values of criterion numbers. The results obtained suggest a simplified mathematical model of open evaporation of hydrocarbons confirming the existence of these parts. The substances evaporation from the surface of oil slime is limited by the diffusion rate of substances in the liquid phase. The dependence of the diffusion coefficients of volatile substances from the temperature and molecular weight is received.
