Abstract
«Quartz Crystal Technologies» JSC is launching a plant for the production of quartz glass fixture for diffusion and epitaxial processes. This will be the most modern factory in the BRICS for the production of quartz glass products, which will allow the Russian microelectronics industry to reach a new level.
