Abstract
On the whole the rate of the legal socialization of the students of the Volgograd higher educational institutions is estimated as average, besides, the system of higher education as a legal socialization agent is insufficiently effective. The introduction of social, legal and patriotic programs and the system of qualitative legal education at studentship are necessary.
