According to the results of the study, the low level of empathy in medical personnel is manifested by its contradictory attitude to the patients, which prevents them from establishing a positive verbal contact with patients, thus
reducing the patients' compliance. The communicative model medical personnel/patient suggests a response reaction, and a possibility of emotional participation in particular.
