Аннотация
В статье рассматривается генезис форм коллективной защиты в странах-членах ЕС, анализируются последние изменения в области регулирования групповых производств на наднациональном уровне. Посредством сравнительно-правового и формально-юридического методов исследования дается оценка имплементации групповых производств в национальное законодательство.
