Abstract
This article discusses methods of improving the quality of education through the individualization of working schedule. The total stream of trainees is differentiated into two streams by the level of its initial preparedness. Work schedules for each of the streams are based on the optimization model using the criteria of maximum initial willingness streams. Mathematical problem of linear programming proposed for the optimization model.
