Abstract
In this article the problem of impact the external factors on saturation level of info-communication indicator is justified. The method for forecasting the saturation level by example of telephone density is offered which takes into account the impact the external factors (economic and education, mobile cellular communication and Internet). The saturation level of the telephone density for Russian Federation is forecasted
