Аннотация
Колоректальный рак (КР) занимает лидирующие позиции по заболеваемости и смертности от злокачественных новообразований. В настоящее время резекция печени остается единственным методом, способствующим вместе с химиотерапией (ХТ) достигать излечения больных КР с метастазами в печени. Предоперационная ХТ позволяет повысить радикальность операции за счет уменьшения размеров метастазов и эрадикации микрометастазов. Кроме того, оценка лекарственного патоморфоза в опухоли делает выбор послеоперационной тактики более обоснованным. В ряде исследований было показано преимущество периоперационной ХТ при резектабельных метастазах КР в печени. Однако роль предоперационной ХТ не полностью определена, что требует дальнейших исследований.
