RENAL FUCNTIONAL STATE AND HAEMODYNAMICS IN CHILDREN WITH GENETIC-BASED THROMBOPHILIA

Аннотация
Aim. Assessment of risk of development and determination of approaches of early diagnosing of kidney involvement in children with hereditary thrombophilia.
Methods. 2 group of children were included into the study: 1st (n=36) - healthy carriers of thrombophilia genes, 2nd - 17 children with hereditary thrombophilia and acute thrombotic event in the anamnesis. Beyond clinical investigation, in all children coagulologic parameters were assessed and ultrasound Doppler scanning of kidneys was performed.
Results. In all children parameters of kidney function were within normal ranges. In 4 children elevation of serum lipoprotein A level was detected; all they had utrasound signs of kidney infarction.
Conclusion. In children with hyperlipoproteinemia renal ultrasound study can reveal changes in intrarenal haemodynamics and renal infacrction.
