Аннотация
Статья посвящена различным видам нутритивной терапии (НТ), включающей диетотерапию и нутритивную поддержку (НП) как на додиализных стадиях хронической болезни почек (ХБП), так и у пациентов на заместительной почечной терапии (ЗПТ). Представлены современные данные о распространенности и патогенезе белково-энергетической недостаточности (БЭН) при уремии, обоснована необходимость раннего выявления БЭН и назначения НТ. Обсуждаются варианты перорального энтерального питания (ПЭП), их эффективность в общей популяции пациентов с ХБП и БЭН и в отдельных фенотипических группах БЭН. Даны характеристика и требования к современным специализированным ренальным питательным смесям. Приведены сведения о различных сочетанных вариантах ПЭП с физической нагрузкой и дополнительными нутритивными компонентами.
