Abstract

FSI Russian Research Center of Rehabilitative Medicine and Balneology, NSEI Medical Stomatological Institute, Moscow
To predict the effectiveness of emotional correction in the early forms of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency surveyed 80 patients: 20 patients involved in cognitive therapy, 20 - took antidepressant drugs, 20 - cognitive therapy was combined with the admission of antidepressant drugs, and the remaining 20 were receiving only basic treatment.
The results demonstrate the high efficacy of researched treatment techniques of psychoemotional correction in the integrated treatment of patients with early forms of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency. Analysis of the correlation dependencies revealed both positive and negative predictors of researched methods effectiveness. It was found that baseline psychoemotional characteristics are reliable efficacy predictors for antidepressant drugs, cognitive therapy, and their combination use.
Keywords: chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency, psychoemotional correction, predictors of effectiveness.
