Thus, there have been detected functional biomechanical disorders at 100% of patients in the form of inflection and extension somatic dysfunction (With С 0-l at 99,60 0,39% of patients, rotary dysfunction C l-II In 100% cases, dysfunction in sfenobazilaris synchondroses in the form of restriction of the inflection and extension, internal rotation of a temporal bone, dysfunctions of sagittarius, coronal, temporal - parietal seams of a skull and compression of craniovertebral area in from 96,84 1,09% to 99,20 0,56% cases are revealed. The registered facts of functional biomechanical disorders at patients with ИНМК (brain stroke) in the regenerative period allow to refer manual therapy to the methods of the influence on rehabilitation mechanisms of the organism. Forthe patients with brain stroke in the regenerative period it should be recommended to include in the protocol of an examination the vertebroneuvrology examinations, beam diagnostics of the cervical division of the spine and the osteology diagnostics of the cervical spine level and cranium.

In clinics-physiologic research the diastolic function of left ventricle is studied by Doppler-echocardiography method in healthy non-natives of the Far North aged 20-59 in dependence on their gender, age, period of living in high latitudes and adaptation level. This type of research is carried out for the first time. It is shown that diastolic function of left ventricle is negatively influenced by adaptation level (increase of index of functional changes), gender (masculine), age (>40 years) and period of residing in the Far North (more than 15 years). These factors contribute to its alteration by the type of abnormal relaxation.

The studies of protein composition of human plasma performed after space flights of various duration and at ground-based simulation studies, revealed changes in the percentage of б1- and б2-globulin electrophoretic fractions which can be the indicative of acute phase reaction. In order to obtain direct data on quantitative alterations of individual blood proteins which respond by decreased or accelerated synthesis during the acute phase reaction (positive and negative acute phase proteins correspondingly), the immunoturbidimetric measurements of several representatives of б1-and б2- globulin fractions during the 7-day "dry" immersion and recovery period were performed. The increase in б2-macroglobulin concentration occurred during the immersion, and б1-antitrypsin and б1-acid glycoprotein concentrations - in the post-immersion period, the profile of ceruloplasmin concentration showed two distinct peaks at both immersion and recovery stages. Apolipoprotein A values decreased throughout the immersion and the tendency to the restoration of pre-experimental levels appeared after the end of the immersion. Haptoglobin content increased drastically at the first immersion days, the elevated concentrations were registered till the end of the experiment. The results conform to the data from previous studies of fractional composition of plasma proteins.

FSI Russian Research Center of Rehabilitative Medicine and Balneology, NSEI Medical Stomatological Institute, Moscow To predict the effectiveness of emotional correction in the early forms of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency surveyed 80 patients: 20 patients involved in cognitive therapy, 20 - took antidepressant drugs, 20 - cognitive therapy was combined with the admission of antidepressant drugs, and the remaining 20 were receiving only basic treatment. The results demonstrate the high efficacy of researched treatment techniques of psychoemotional correction in the integrated treatment of patients with early forms of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency. Analysis of the correlation dependencies revealed both positive and negative predictors of researched methods effectiveness. It was found that baseline psychoemotional characteristics are reliable efficacy predictors for antidepressant drugs, cognitive therapy, and their combination use. While studying laserpuncture influence during 30 and 90 seconds on skin structure of rats in the region of acupuncture points located on the upper extremity and the trunk, it was revealed that changes in the histamine state of the skin begin as early as in 15 minutes after laserpuncture, however of, the results of influence in acupuncture point GV 14 and LI 11 are different: skin structures in acupuncture point LI 11 respond quicker and more intensively. The authentic increase of the content of the histamine is determined mainly in the epithelium, the fibroblasts of the papillary layer, the hypodermis. With the time increase the laser effects react more intense on the acupuncture points GV 14 superficial layers of skin - epithelium and the papillary layer of the derma, than on the LI 11. During 90 seconds the laserpuncture results in the degranulation of the mast cells in the hypodermis, in both examined points in an hour after the procedure. The return to the initial figures happens at he end of the first day.

Комплексное исследование 1350 больных ишемической болезнью сердца мужчин в возрасте от 40 до 65 лет в условиях поликлиники позволило выявить сопутствующую легочную патологию у 500 (37%) больных. Сочетание сердечной и легочной патологии приводило к формированию «синдрома взаимного отягощения», проявляющегося дыхательной и сердечной недостаточностью и снижением функциональных возможностей организма больного, что необходимо учитывать при проведении комплексной медицинской реабилитации данной категории больных в условиях поликлиники. У больных ИБС при скрининговом исследовании в условиях поликлиники сопутствующие ХБНДП выявлены у 37% больных. Сочетание кардиологической и легочной патологии приводит к формированию «синдрома взаимного отягощения», снижает функциональные возможности организма больного и ухудшает результаты их лечения. Проведение комплексной реабилитации больных ИБС, сочетанной с ХБНДП, с включением специальных комплексов ЛФК, дыхательной гимнастики, массажа, ингаляций колларгола, ультразвуковой терапии и бронхолитиков существенно повышает эффективность лечения больных в условиях поликлиники за счет уменьшения активности воспалительного процесса в бронхах, улучшения оксигенации крови, улучшения показателей вентиляционной функции легких и центральной гемодинамики, прироста толерантности к физической нагрузке.

The research of methods of the physical rehabilitation in correction of neurologic diseases of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy of I -II stage has shown their efficacy. Marked positive changes of indices of space-time characteristics and memory functions, decrease of anxiety level and reduced manifestations of vegetal diseases serve as a proof of the positive effect of complex nonmedicamental rehabilitation. The most significant are data received as a result of complex influence of physiatrics and medical physical culture on patients from the experimental group.

Institute of clinical and experimental lymphology of SB RAMS, Novosibirsk In work is established the active role of lymphatic system in pathogenesis and sanogenesis of an ulcer pathology of a stomach. At development of ulcer process in a stomach synchronously there is a reorganization of structure of the lymph node, expressed originally relative «delymphatisation» a cortex substances to gradual restoration of dimension of structurally functional zones by the end of research. A phytotherapy has lymphotropic properties. A phytotherapy provides initially high parameters the morphofunctional status of a lymph node that promotes fast restitution an organ. The received results are a basis for a scientific substantiation of expediency lymphotropic phytorehabilitation at an ulcer pathology of a stomach.

Results of research of efficiency of complex treatment gonarthrosis at patients of advanced age are submitted by use of the general magnetotherapy. 152 patients in the age of 60-75 years with gonarthrosis l-ll stages are surveyed and treated. Depending on a method of treatment patients have been divided into three groups. The basic group the patients receiving a conservative complex of treatment, including diet therapy have made, medicamentous therapy, physiotherapy exercises and general magnetotherapy. General magnetotherapy reduces evidence of articulate syndrome, improves activities of peripheral haemodynamics, raises the quality life, it is confirmed positive dynamics of subjective signs and objective parameters.

The combined method including UVB(311 nm)-phototherapy is a highly effective way of treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis: • ·reduce the time of the treatment; • ·positive effect on immunological parameters of blood; • ·improvement of quality of life

The article presents the results of the changes of the slobber secretory immunity in case 150 young smoking people involved in the research do not have imflammotory changes of the external respiration functions. The results of the nonmedicamentous treatment with the use of the impact of the complex physical factors of the termovibratory massage and aromatherapy reflect the normalizing effect of the mucosa immunity state, the improvement of the organism's immune defense in case of smoking tobacco.

Goal of the study was to investigate reactions of biologically active points (BAP) of athletes to the physical load on basis of suggest indicators of electric-puncture diagnostic. As a result of examination of 162 athletes of different gender, ages and athletic qualification, it was possible to identify several variants of change of electric-physiological characteristics of BAP in response to the physical load. Based on our findings, we proposed a classification which specified four types of BAP reactions to the physical load. The proposed classification facilitates assessing the functional condition of a sportsman, type of his/her reaction to the physical load, and can be used for selecting, athletic orientation and checking-up at the every stage of training process. One can say that the revealed BAP reactions to the physical loads are quite universal, and depend only on physical condition of the examined person and his/her body's particular qualities. That is, the proposed classification can be utilized at examining persons of any age, gender and physical training.
