We studied the regulative-adaptive system of the body by analyzing the main parameters of cardio-respiratory synchronism in patients with hearing impairment (Pokrovskiy V.M. et al, 2002). The statistical analysis of main parameters of CRS, based on data of 127 patients in the early period of perceptive part of cochlear receptor, lets us to state that in the early stages of the disease there is a dominant focus in the central nervous system, dominating over adaptive-compensatory resources of the body.
During medical treatment the parameters of the test radically change their value, which allows to presume some stabilization of regulative-adaptive system and confirms the inhibition of the primary focus of irradiation of the central nervous system. We describe the paramount parameters of the test - the width of synchronization range and length of development of CRS at its minimal border, which should be taken as the most important characteristics in prognosis of the treatment results in patients with acute sensorineural hearing loss.
