МOLECULAR DOCKING OF N-SUBSTITUTED DERIVATIVE OF ISOQUINOLONE WITH CATALYC DOMAIN OF PROTEIN KINASE C

Gloushko A.A., Voronkov A.V., Kodonidi I.P., Bicherov A.B., Chernikov M.B.

Abstract

Endothelium, representing panacrine gland, regulates a whole range of vitally important functions of organism. The disorder of its work - endothelial dysfunction is a key link of development of cardio-vascular diseases. Considering that this group of pathology relates to the most social significant diseases, the correction of endothelial dysfunction and the search of substances with endothelial tread activity, become an actual task for not only the pharmacology but for adjacent interrelated disciplines such as medicinal chemistry. The significant factor in pathogenesis of endothelial dysfunction development is the reduction of activity of endothelial No-synthase enzyme. One of the possible mechanism of reduction of e NOS activity at the pathology is phosphorylation by protein kinase C(PKC). Due to this fact the site of connection of No synthase enzyme by protein kinase is one of perspective method of molecular docking and can be used for search of substances with endothelial-tread activity. The forecast of biological activity of N-substituted derivative of isoquinolone was done with using a molecular docking method. The obtained results give the opportunity to presume the presence of the endothelial-tread activity of this compound.

PRIRODNYE POLIATsETILENOVYE SOEDINENIYa. OBZOR NAChAL'NOGO ETAPA ISSLEDOVANIY

Nasukhova A.M., Konovalov D.A.

Abstract

In article the review of the initial stage of researches of natural polyacetylene compounds is resulted. The high reactionary ability leading to fast oxidation and degradation of these compounds, especially at influence of Uf-light, oxygen of air, pH and other factors, has caused the serious difficulties connected with an establishment of structure and studying of their physical and chemical properties. Therefore the greatest quantity of works of this stage is connected with studying of essential oils of plants from families Apiaceae, Araliaceae, Asteraceae, Campanulaceae, Olacaceae, Pittosporaceae and Santalaceae where have been found out, basically, diacetylene compounds. About development of physical and chemical methods of the analysis of possibility of similar researches have considerably extended. More than 2000 polyacetylenes are known today, from them more than 1100 are found out in plants fam. Asteraceae. Revolution in the field of molecular biology has allowed to study processes of biosynthesis of these compounds intensively.

ELABORATION OF APPROACHES TO THE STANDARTIZ OFATION HELICHRYSUM ARENARIUM (1.) MOENCH IN PLANT MIXTURES

Goudzenko A.B., Tsourkan A.A.

Abstract

Marker for qualitative and quantitative standardization of Helichrysum arenarium (L.) Moench. flowers in the plant mixtures was determine. As a marker of Helichrysum arenarium Moench. flowers can be used flavonoid apigenin. HPLC method of determination flavonoid apigenin in raw materials and plant mixtures of flowers Helichrysum arenarium (L.) Moench was developed. Contents of apigenin in the raw plant flowers were in the range from 0,1453 ± 0,0068% to 0,1657 ± 0,0085%, in terms of the dried materials. It is shown, that the presence and content of apigenin flowers Helichrysum arenarium (L.) Moench can be standardized in the mixtures with the following plant: flowers, leaves and fruits of genus Crataegus L., roots of Althaea officinalis L., roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra L., roots of Cichorium intybus L., roots of Taraxacum officinale Web., cones of Humulus lupulus L., herb of Leonurus cardiaca L., herb of Hypericum perforatum L. and seeds of Linum usitatissimum L.

MORPHOLOGICAL AND ANATOMICAL RESEARCH OF ONOSMA CAUCASICUM LEVIN.EX M.POP OF BORAGINACEAE JUSS FAMILY

Serebryanaya F.K.

Abstract

The micromorphological and anatomical properties of Onosma caucasicum Levin.ex m.Pop. were investigated. O. caucasica is an endemic species. Epidermal cells containing crystal needles were observed in O. caucasica. Studied Onosma species had isobilateral type of leaves. Stomata were anisocytic and anomocytic. Glandular and eglandular trichomes especially porrect-stellate and simple trichomes were densely seen on the both upper and lower epidermis of leaves in two species.

STUDY OF PINOSTROBIN INFLUENCE ON THE BEHAVOUR ACTIVITY AND PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATE OFANIMALS AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF PHYSICAL AND PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL LOADS

Voronkov A.V., Mouraviova N.A.

Abstract

A perspective pharmacological approach for correction of functional disorders, connected with physical and psycho-emotional stresses is the application of substances with antioxidant activity including flavonoids. In this research it was studied the influence of pinostrobin in the dose 100mg/kg per os on the behavior state of rats. They modeled an intensive physical load by swimming of animals with the load wich is equal 5% from body mass during 7 days. The behavior state was estimated in the tests «an open field» and «a raised cross-haped labyrinth». The application of pinostrobin prevented for certain the reduction of motive and reference researching activity reduced the level of anxiety and fear of the animals that had intensive physical load, in comparison with the control group animals that had not a pharmacological support.
