Аннотация

В статье рассмотрена мера государственной поддержки малых и средний предприятий сферы торговли-несырьевых экспортеров, осуществляющих деятельность на маркетплейсах, ведущих активную онлайн-торговлю, а именно-Единое окно экспортера. Рассмотрен опыт зарубежных стран, в которых поддержка оказывается уже несколько десятилетий. Данный опыт взят за бенчмарк для применения его в России. В России разговоры о поддержке малых и средних предприятий-экспортеров несырьевых товаров ведутся давно и начались действия в форме создания Единого окна, обучающих программ для селлеров маркетплейсов. Однако на фоне стран Азии, где исторически доля электронной коммерции выше, чем в России и предприятия имеют гораздо больший опыт торговли на маркетплейсах, российский опыт пока представляет собой начальную стадию, попытку оказания помощи. Рассмотрение опыта стран с развитой системой e-commerce позволит извлечь уроки и сделать выводы, взять за основу некоторые меры и переложить на российские реалии. Данная статья является частью цикла статей, посвященных малым и средним предприятиям, осуществляющих деятельность на маркетплейсах, и рассматривает вопрос оказания поддержки государством. При этом велика роль и самих маркетплейсов в оказании помощи малым предприятиям и лишь в случае государственно-частного партнерства возможно достижение наилучшего эффекта в вопросах оказания поддержки.
