Аннотация

В статье представлено описание текущего состояния законодательства о несостоятельности в рамках Европейского Союза и тенденции дальнейшего развития. В статье приводится краткий обзор законодательных актов Европейского Союза, которые в настоящее время регулируют проблемы судопроизводства по делу о несостоятельности. В центре внимания статьи рассматривается производство по делу о несостоятельности, регулируемое законодательством государства-члена, на территории которого было открыто производство по делу о несостоятельности (lex fori concursus).
