GRAPHICALLY ANALYTICAL APPROACH TO THE DEFINITION FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIZATION OBJECTS OF THE TRADE IN THE TOWN PLANNING STRUCTURE

KARAKOVA T.V.

Abstract

In professional activities of an architect-city planner the important place is occupied by the problems of determination of various functional objects locations. During the formation of a spatial network optimization schemes of retail facilities in the territory of Samara the questions not only about the placement of objects, but also about their functional specialization are revealed. These questions resolving was the main task of a city planner, able to provide a number of emerging risks to the business framework. Avoiding of retail facilities excessive competition in functional spatial aspect and smart zoning require new professional approaches and methodologies, among which the most important is graphical analytic approach.

MODERN METHODS TO AERO PHOTOFILMING IN THE ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING ANALYSIS OF THE URBAN AREA

LITVINOV D.V.

Abstract

In article the modern aerial photography from unmanned aerial vehicles as one of methods of the analysis of city building and the territory in design and exploration work is considered. A number of advantages of aerial photography before land photographing is allocated. The retrospective analysis of aerial photography, allowing to track its development from amateur to the professional is carried out. Its application in town planning, reconstruction and new construction is defined. Two main types of aerial photography, used in construction planned and, - «perspective» are «allocated».

ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA IN FORMING SPATIAL BORDER ARCHITECTURE AND URBAN PLANNING

RADULOVA Y.I.

Abstract

The concept of international environmental standards is presented. Environmental criteria in architecture and urban planning are viewed. Identify environmental problems in the formation of spatial boundaries of architecture and urban planning. In design practice the examples of new environmental approaches including energy saving, air cleansing, reducing hazardous waste in manufacturing and construction and increasing the environment visual comfort are such systems of international environmental standards as american LEED, english BREEAM and german DGNB.

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF WATER FLOW IN CAPACITIVE STRUCTURES DURING START-UP WORKS AND EXPLOITATION

BARINOV A.M.

Abstract

As a result of commissioning of rainwater treatment installation at the Adler sewage treatment plants in Sochi its signifi cant design disadvantages are revealed. Thin layer tank unit doesn’t meet project requirements. Computer hydrodynamic model of an existing plant is built to obtain the coefficient of volume usage. Also design changes that improve the performance of the installation are proposed and simulated.

EVALUATION OF FIRE-RESISTANCE OF STRUT REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES

ILYIN N.A., PANFILOV D.A., LITVINOV D.V., SLAVKIN P.N.

Abstract

In SGASU a new engineering solution for buildings fire protection is developped. It’s especially efficient for classification of reinforced concrete structures according to their resistance to high-temperature impact in case of fire or technological emergency that gives an opportunity to use a structure with actual fire resistance grading in buildings of different structural fire hazard. Evaluation of actual fi re resistance grading by engineering analysis (as opposed to inplace tests of reinforced concrete structures) makes possible resource and energy saving.

STUDY OF SPLIT-SYSTEM IN HEATING MODE

KARTASHOVA A.O., KORTYAEVA D.O., KULYASOVA K.E., TSYNAEVA A.A.

Abstract

In this article there is a study of the heat pump for heating the premises of a public building (academic building of Samara State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering). The aim of the work was to determine the parameters of the heat pump and the impact of his work on the microclimate parameters of heated space. As the heat pump was activated split-system, operating in the heating mode; analysis was performed changing the state of the working fluid (Freon-R410A) used in this split-system. The studies revealed that the use of the heat pump (split system, operating in heating mode) allows you to maintain optimum parameters of the indoor environment. With the help of the tests revealed that the use of split-system as a heating system reduces the inertia of the system to ensure the indoor environment. This leads to maintain a comfortable environment for human habitation when the external operating conditions typical of the autumn-spring period, and demonstrates the effectiveness of the use of split systems, the use of which may in residential and public buildings. Furthermore, was prepared a graph of the room temperature before and after the operation of a split system.

UNSTEADY HYDRODYNAMIC PROCESSES IN THE SLIT GAPS NONCONTACT SEALS IN A STEP CHANGE IN PRESSURE

KRESTIN E.A.

Abstract

Determination of leakage of fluid through the slotted annular gaps in dynamic studies leads to the discrepancy between the theoretical and experimental results. This discrepancy is particularly large for non-stationary processes in hydraulic systems. Dynamic characteristics of annular sealing cracks in a typical non-contact seals in stepwise (unit step) change of pressure are found. The velocity profile, the flow of leaks, the force of viscous friction on the channel wall are determined, the relaxation during the defined transition and the weighting function of the sealing gap are viewed.
