Abstract
The historiosophical concepts of Miliukov, Lenin, and Trotsky are considered. A connection is established between their concepts of history and the transformation of Russia and the pre-revolutionary ideological tradition of Westerners and Slavophiles. The question is raised about further understanding of Stalin’s plan for «building socialism in one country».
