In this article we present a forecast of social-economic indexes for Eniseysk region for 2009-2012. The main factor of the forecast is stability of the existing linear trend of development of the main social-economic factors, if the external factors do not alter. As a result, we observe positive track record of growing and investments in fixed capital that is stipulated by realization of large investment projects.
