ESTIMATION OF THE CURRENT STATE AND PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF FTP IN THE DIC

Abstract

In this article we define the role of DIC in implementation of innovative economic development and the need for government stipulation of such innovation activity. FTP with DIC branches participation are considered. Analysis of budget financing of DIC within FTP is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of FTP DIC are revealed.
