ORBITALORDERING PROBED BY ELECTRON-SPIN RESONANCE METHODIN MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTORS
Abstract
The temperature dependence of the electron-spin resonance in the 80300 K range temperature and magnetic field
up to 5 kOe has been investigated in the substance of CoхMn1-хS solid solutions. From the temperature dependence of
linewidth and g-value the orbital order is determined. The temperature hysteresis of ESR intensity in CoхMn1-хS is found
at the cooling in the magnetic field and without it.
