Evaluation of useful effect of operating of the goods as the toolsof procurement management

With a limited budget funding for state and municipal agencies there appears an urgent task of more efficient use
of funds for procurement of various goods. It requires development of modern methods for evaluation of useful effect
of the operation of products. A differential-integral approach which is proposed to solve this problem is based on the
results of statistical analysis of measurements of the most common defects as well as expert evaluation of their impact
on reducing the quality of goods.
