Abstract
The reserves and the factors, which ensure stabilization and subsequent steady development of agro-economic system are examined and are analyzed. Is separated the priority direction of the policy of the steady development of agro-economic system, which is been based on five interconnected components, based on the ecological use of natural resources, and also on the use of economic tools) the stimulation of the nature-conservation activity of agricultural tenant farmers
