Abstract
Process of adaptive management at the industrial enterprise is considered. Components of the organizational and economic mechanism of adaptation in management system of the industrial enterprise and its role functions in managerial processes are defined. General approaches, rules and procedures, tools of perfection of management system on the basis of mechanisms of adaptation are offered.
