ON MATHEMATICAL LINEAR DYNAMIC OBJECT MODELLING
摘要
The construction method of the linear dynamic object model described with an ordinary differential equation is considered. The suggested approach is based on a prior degree of differential equation estimate with nonparametric modelling methods and allows to get adequate models using smaller cost of techniques than.

PROJECTING METHOD IN PROBLEM OF P ARAMETERS CALCULATING OF REGRESSIVE MUL TIFACTOR-MODEL
摘要
The problem of the parameters values determination of the regressive multifactor-model is usually solved by the method of the least squares (LS) and it comes to solve the system of the linear algebra-equations. This system may be degenerative due to the dependence of the factors values vectors . The degeneration leads to fall of the calculating process. In this work there is suggested a method for the definition of parameters on the basis of projecting a vector of the values of the index simulated on a linear space of the independent vectors of the factors values.

Systems of algebraic (polynominal) equations under non-commutative one relative to a multiplication ring are considered. The paper considers the solvability condition of such systems as formal power series, systems of linear algebraic equations. The reduction possibility of the system degree was investigated for such equations. The given systems generalize features of equation systems determining context-free and linear languages.

ON CLASES OF FUNCTIONS WITH BINARY VARIABLES
摘要
The scheme proposed below is often used for solving problems and developing optimization algorithms. To solve a specific problem an efficient algorithm of optimization has been developed. The proposed algorithm combines several classes of problems by generelasing and determining a function class. For this reason establishing correlation among available classes of functions with binary variables in different experiments allows to apply even not perfect optimization algorithms.
In this paper we consider a question on correlation of the function classes based on the different approaches to classification itself. First approach offers classes of separable, modular and submodular function; second one offers function classes based on structural features of the set of binary variables: monotone, unmonotone and w eakly unmonotone functions. It has been proven that separable functions are always unimodal and monotone ones. The results obtained in this study will allow to use a more efficient algorithm for optimization of separable and modular functions.

摘要
The invariant system of information processing based on obtaining of the rectangular envelope using a synchronous detector is considered. The noise indexes are calculated. It is supported that the closest nearest reading of the rectangular are interfered with the adaptive noise whose readings are weakly correlated with each other.
The quantitative estimation of the operation of such kind system is compared with the quantitative indexes of the known invariant system by non-correlativeness of the noise readings.

The exchange mechanism influence on the electrons ordering on eg orbitals in a chain and in a two-dimensional Heisenberg model with exchange anisotropy for a S = 1/2 spin is determined by a quantum Monte Carlo method. The existence regions of a long-range quasi-one- and two-dimensional antiferromagnetic order with the special exchange topology are determined. The plateau existence region in the field dependence of magnetization, as well as the wave vector of the magnetic structure modulation with Q = p/2 in the (magnetic field - exchange alternating) plane, is determined.

For numerical analysis of dynamic problems of Cosserat elasticity theory on multiprocessor computer systems the parallel algorithms are worked out, which software implementation is fulfilled in Fortran-95 using the SPMD technology and the MPI library. The software package is provided by means of the data bulk compression with controlled information loss, permitting multiply decrease the network traffic while copying files with the results of computations from the remote cluster, and serving for the compact storage of numerical solutions in read-only memory of the computer.

The magnetization reversal of magnetic structure is similar to nonlinear bending with compression of elastic rod.

A probability model of information resources (IR) living cycle based on the Markov chain formalism is suggested. Here are given the following initial suppositions:
- IR are classified according to the Dublin Core Metadata Element Set (DCMI);
- five typical business processes on IR managing according to American Productivity & Quality Center classification are take out;
- IR are classified as critically important, important and non-important.
With the help of the developed program system the pr oposed model can estimate the living cycle of all the components of the single IR, their dynamics in organization of newly entered IR. It gives the opportunity to estimate the necessary disc space capacity in organization. The sample of IR dynamics modeling in some department of the city administration is given.

Authors substantiate that needed strategy response may be given beforehand while the development of new techniques is based on the basic propositions and principles of the integrity system economic conception of the strategy of the module development. Such strategy of the development is suggested as a basis structure for the contours of the breakthrough development of innovation technology.
