Resumo
The article considers problems of investors of construction business., especially during the difficult postcrisis period,.
Distinctive features of the real estate market, and the factors complicating the analysis performance are shown. Also
problems of making decisions on the basis of qualitative marketing economic and expert researches. Some criteria of
regional differences which should be taken into account for the further development of construction branch are given.
