This article offers results of analysis of heat exchange processes in the honeycomb panel and presents a nonstationary model for calculation of temperature patterns. Some results of temperature modes modeling of intensive heat loaded honeycomb panels are given.

This article considers a variant of complex technique of computer modeling of the transformable reflectors for spacecrafts which allows to gain the best characteristics of aerial.

In a model of noninteracting quasi-particles a shape of the exciton-two-magnon optical absorption band in collinear antiferromagnet with two-dimensional square lattice for four possible excitation mechanisms is calculated. Correlation of the results and the experiment is made.

This article present results of researching of solidifications processes of double nitrate of bismuth-erbium. Crystal growth rate in lengthise and cross directions, type and mechanism of formation of salt crystals depending on solution concentrations and temperature of circumambient are defined. On the basis of the received data possibility of the control of crystallization processes in investigated system was suggested, that is a necessary condition for creation of the combined materials with the set properties of structural-functional type, namely, mesoporous mesostructured silicates.

There is suggested a technological scheme for processing waste of aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy in the form of shoveling turnings into bars and wire. For the simulation of Vaganov-Shashkin model of seasonal growth and tree ring formation a solution algorithm of the parameterization problem of the model is proposed, in the cases, when entity for being modeled is available. The algorithm is realized as dll-library (or as mex-file), tested on extensive data. A concept of criterion of difference of actual tree-ring chronology from its model is introduced. Two new difference criteria are suggested.

Goals and objectives of ground test of on-board control subsystems of space units of communication and navigation are described. The subject of the article is the cirquit design of a steam-generator plant with a natural working agent. The article suggests an algorithm for calculation of steam turbines with low-boiling working medium, with accounts of the correlation between the adiabatic curve indication and pressure and temperature in the overheated vapor zone.

Research work proposes and considers the main quality and operational reliability characteristics of modern Russian communication spacecrafts. Some recommendations for increase of operational reliability of long-term operation spacecrafts, with account of severization of requirements, are given.

Brief description of main technical decisions and experimental results of testing of laser technological complex are presented. Measurement error in stop-start mode doesnt exceed 2 μm, treatment error under the movement of executive element on the arbitrary contour was no more than 20 μm. The operation speed under the surface microprofiling exceeded 9m/min. The time of continuous work in automatic mode has been more than 15 hours within the temperature range from +18 up to +30 С°.

This article is actual because the economic policy of Russian Federation focuses on the development of innovation activity. The reasons of need for creation of innovative infrastructures in regions are given, the basic elements are allocated, and interests of the main subjects of innovative activity are described. The authors give an example of creation and functioning of an innovative infrastructure in Chelyabinsk area. The primary problems which should be solved in the process of formation of innovative infrastructure are allocated, social and economic aspects of its development are indicated, and a set of problems connected with creation of a similar infrastructure in this region is formulated and ways for their decision are suggested.

Practice of free care planning in constituent territories of the Russian Federation is notable for big variety of approaches based on statements, recommended federal methodologies and need for decision of the planning problems in view of specifics of medical system functioning. Search of the general planning principles, in a greater degree, focused on need of region inhabitants for medical services and estimation of ability of medical system to provide such services is a serious academic-research problem. In the article current planning problems are considered and the variants of decisions based on citizens medical aid objective demand estimations, presented in terms of sets of standardized medical technologies are suggested.

In this work we consider the algorithm of development of a bankruptcy risk assessment model to be applied to agricultural firms of Krasnoyarsk Territory, which involves factorial and discriminatory analysis of relevant data.
