Restoration of structure of the business-processes model of the organization on the basis of the parameters of Markovs chain calculated on the workflow-system data

It is considered the approach to the decision of a problem of identification of structure of business-processes model of the organization on the basis of the objective data taken from corporative information system. It is shown that the flat tables with headings of electronic documents attributed with the date of departure, the sender and the addressee (including indirectly) allow to restore parameters of Markovs chain, describing the organizational system. Received likelihood characteristics of business-system allow to estimate the structure of the business-processes model.
