In this paper we consider innovative activities management institutional infrastructure as aggregate of individual
subjects of economic relations united by general goal: decrease of innovative activities risks and increase of innovative
production volume. As a result of conducted study the three-level structural model of innovative infrastructure reflecting
basic principles and mechanisms of its subjects interaction was developed on the basis of information about existing
innovations support institutes in Russian Federation and in Krasnoyarsk Region, in particular.
