Abstract

The results of microsurgical and endovasculartreatment of acute aneurysmatic hemorrhage in 118 patients are analyzed in retrospective manner. The main factors having an influence on disease outcome are defined, treatment strategy in intracranial aneurysm based on microsurgical and endovascular techniques developed. Significant improvement of treatment results is marked then endovascular coiling applied unrelated to hospital.
