Аннотация

Интерфероны (IFN) I типа - группа цитокинов, которая все еще продолжает расширяться за счет открытия новых членов. В обзоре приводятся данные о недавно открытых членах семейства (IFN-каппа и -лямбда). Рассматриваются характеристики рецепторов для IFN I класса и основные пути проведения сигнала, запускаемые взаимосвязью молекул IFN с рецепторами. Анализируются механизмы, активируемые IFN при защите от вирусных и бактериальных инфекций. Рассматривается связь интерферонов с другими цитокинами в различных иммунных реакциях, регуляция активности молекулами интерферонов иммунокомпетентных клеток и роль IFN-a/p в иммунном надзоре над опухолями.
